Installation is simple as the boards are easy to cut, with no splintering. The tongue and groove slot together seamlessly, reducing the time it takes to complete your gate

Once installed, there is minimal maintenance which makes this composite material by far the most practical for almost every gate type. In addition, under normal usage, the composite won’t dent, scratch, or fade like traditional timber making it exceptional value for money.

If you are fabricating gates, we advise against producing any framework before receiving the boards as there may be a slight tolerance.

Please note if used for a gate, installation must be to our fabrication guide to claim against the warranty. Boards must be installed with drainage, an 8/9mm expansion gap, and sandwiched together within a frame, if the gate exceeds 1.5m in height it will also require a brace bar.

Our 3D boards come with a standard 12-month warranty which can be extended up to 10 years by activating your warranty within 28 days of purchase. (subject to terms and conditions)
