Delivery Information
Our standard delivery charges to the mainland UK (excluding Scotland) are as follows:

- Order value £1 – £130 = £35
- Order Value £131 – £250 = £50
- Order Value £251 – £400 = £65
- Order value £401 – £500 = £80
- Order Value £501 – £750 = £95
- Order Value £751 – £1300 = £130
- Order value £1301 + = FOC

Composite orders are not shipped out on Fridays; they will be dispatched on the next working day.
Please make sure there is adequate access for the delivery wagon to reach your premises; otherwise, the haulage company may refuse delivery, resulting in additional charges. The goods may-be palletised and delivered on a curtain-sided wagon, usually as a kerb-side delivery. Please ensure you have a forklift or enough personnel on-site to help unload.
Any charges for re-delivery will be your responsibility. If unloading poses a challenge, please inform us, and we will try to arrange an alternative delivery solution.
All Shortages or Damages must be reported to us within 3 days of delivery
