Delivery Information
Our standard delivery charges to the mainland UK (excluding Scotland) are as follows:

Mainland UK Delivery Charges
Lead Time approx. 1-2 working days

- Order value £1 – £250 = £35
- Order Value £251 – £500 = £50
- Order Value £501 – £750 = £65
- Order value £751+ = FOC
Surcharges
For the following post-codes, an additional £5 delivery surcharge will apply

We aim to get your order to you as quickly as possible. Fencing and gate board orders are typically delivered within 1–2 working days, while decking and cladding orders usually arrive within 5–7 working days.
If you need a timed or evening delivery, please contact our team on 01282 677 300 and we’ll be happy to discuss the available options.
Composite orders are not shipped out on Fridays; they will be dispatched on the next working day.
Please make sure there is adequate access for the delivery wagon to reach your premises; otherwise, the haulage company may refuse delivery, resulting in additional charges. The goods may-be palletised and delivered on a curtain-sided wagon, usually as a kerb-side delivery. Please ensure you have a forklift or enough personnel on-site to help unload.
Any charges for re-delivery will be your responsibility. If unloading poses a challenge, please inform us, and we will try to arrange an alternative delivery solution.
All Shortages or Damages must be reported to us within 3 days of delivery
